How to book?
Once you have defined your stay, to confirm a reservation, you must provide the data of a credit card as a guarantee.
Terms of cancellation
In case of cancellation, or changes made up to 7 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation up to 48 hours from the arrival date will be charged the 50% of the stay.
In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, or in case of no show will be charged the 100% of the stay.
I will arrive at a different time from the one indicated, will my check-in be in accepted?
Yes, you can simply inform me about your arrival time by telephone, so I can provide to welcome you in the best way.
Can I bring my pet inside Il Gioiellino?
No, pets are not allowed.
Can I smoke inside Il Gioiellino?
No, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in all enclosed spaces of Il Gioiellino.
Is it possible the self-use of the service kitchen during the day?
NO, the regional law currently in force expressly forbids the kitchen use from the guests of this type of tourist accommodation structure.
How to reach Il Gioiellino?
- From Turin airport: you can reach Il Gioiellino located in the city centre by taxi in 30 minutes with normal traffic conditions. The fare is about 30 €. Otherwise, the City of Turin offers a bus service (Sadem) whose travel time is about 45 minutes and costs 6.50 € (for one way) and it stops at Porta Nuova and Porta Susa.
- From Porta Susa railway station: take the metro line 1 (direction Lingotto) and get off at Vinzaglio Station.
- From Porta Nuova Railway Station: take the metro line 1 (direction Fermi) and get off at the Vinzaglio Station.
- With your own car: Motorway A21 Genoa / Savona A6 – exit Corso Unità d’Italia. Highways A4 Milano / Aosta A5 / Frejus – Bardonecchia Nord Freeway A32 – exit Corso Regina Margherita.
Is it possible to reach the city centre on foot?
Yes, you can easily reach the city centre on foot under the arcades that connect our place to the main tourist attractions of the city. We will be pleased to suggest our guests special tours based on their tastes and interests.
Is it possible to park my car in your backyard?
No, house rules do not allow parking in the courtyard.
Is it possible to park in the proximity of Il Gioiellino?
Yes, in the neighboring streets several parking lots are available. The rate is 1.50 € per hour and the parking fee must be paid from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7.30 pm.
Is there a parking facility nearby?
Yes, a few minutes from our building there are two undergrounded car parks: Parking “Corso Stati Uniti” (hourly rate €1.45 – maximum price €10.00) and Parking “Corso Bolzano” (hourly rate €1.50 – maximum price €9.80).
